We continue to wok on clearing the barn/guest house site for grading. We’ve run into a few obstacles, need to get a geo-tech survey and a topo survey in order to complete the grading permitting process. Once we have that data, we can have formal drawings made for the grading work that needs to be done at the building site and road. Meanwhile, we continue to plant, clear and enjoy visiting the property.
The monsoon storms caused some damage to one of our favorite trees. The winter had a cold snap that froze our game pounds over an inch thick. Live at 5000 ft!
